Enquiry Information
When you enquire via our website information is gathered about your name, telephone number, email address and postal address. This information is used to make contact with you to complete a short “fact find” to understand how we can best meet your needs.
If you telephone the same fact find information will be gathered for the same purpose.
Personal Fact Find Data
After completing a fact find questionnaire, you will be provided with mortgage and/or protection advice. The information provided is stored securely.
Kenneth Kelly will be what is known as the ‘controller’ of the personal data you provide to us. We only collect basic personal data about you which does not include any special types of information or location-based information.
Why do you need my data and what will it be used for?
We need to know your basic personal data so we can make contact with you and respond to your message, request or query. All the personal data we process is processed by Premier Choice Mortgages.
Who is my data shared with?
Your data will only be shared with third parties if this is necessary to respond to your request. If this is the case, we will seek your permission before passing on your details.
How long do you keep my data for?
We may store your data for up to six years past the end of any business relationship, after which time it will be securely destroyed. What are my rights?
You have the right to object to the processing of your data. You also have the right to request access to your data at any time. You have the right to rectification and/or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing. We use Google Analytics to better understand and improve our customer experience on our website. This tells us your estimated location, average time on site, number of pages viewed and bounce rate, among other information. We cannot collect your name, email address, telephone number or other personal information using Google Analytics, it provides an overview of how our website is being used.

Complaining
We don’t expect that you will ever need to complain however in the event you feel you have been unfairly treated we do take complaints very seriously and would like the opportunity to correct any errors made.

If it’s pertinent to share your complaint with another person or persons we will do this as sensitively and discreetly as possible. An example may be sharing the complaint with the adviser or compliance manager to get a better understanding of the complaint.

Like all businesses we are bound to uphold the law and we may be required to share your information with Government agencies if they request information or if they have authorisation through legal procedures.
Data Removal
We would remove all sources of information from our website and customer relationship database if you wish. You can make a free request via datacontroller@premierchoicemortgages.co.uk. We aim to have your data removed within 14 working days.
